I am down 8 pounds with the 21 day Superstars fix , Carolyn is down 10 pounds in our 21 day Superstars fix group ,other challengers have lost wieght with this fabulous program also . woot hoot , 2015 is going to be the best year ever . Praise report ~ Barbara gave me permission to post ~ Two weeks ago was rough w quoting smoking but back on track w ur help. Since November 1st down 25 lbs thru holidays and I quit smoking December 22. Pretty damn happy!! Just broke the number I was stuck at for last 3 weeks!!Great news eh ? Drink a shake , loose a pound ? This is from my cousin Tara , on how beach body has changed her life in just 8 short months !! It's AMAZING how good I feel! I can't believe that just 8 months ago on top of my fibro/arthritis pain, my blood levels were out of whack, weak, tired, chest pains, uterine pain, hair falling out, lightheadedness, pale, etc. which led to a hysterctomy just 5 months ago. After my recovery, I was determined to better my health. I learned not to take my health for granted. Thanks to clean eating and exercise, I have lost weight, I'm stronger, I have more energy, my blood levels are great, and the pain from my fibro/arthritis is greatly improved. Thanks be to God! He has been with me every step of the way! She has lost over 18 pounds and looks great !! :)

Oh I'm down 20 lbs and I was in 52 waist jeans ( yep extra thick ) well as of this past Friday I'm wearing 48 pants and there well just say I need my belt !!! Super happy with my results, I've learned how to eat right, my clothes are starting to fall off of me, I'm getting toned and finally getting my abs back, and all around I just feel good Excited about my progress and ready for Scott to join me in another round next Monday!
